Enterotoxigenic Genes of Staphylococcus aureus Isolated from Raw Milk and Milk Products in Mizoram, India

Background: Staphylococcal food poisoning (SFP) is one of the most common food-borne diseases worldwide resulting from contamination by preformed S. aureus enterotoxins and milk considered to be a major source SFP. This study aimed at PCR based detection its enterotoxigenic genes in raw products.
